[Flack is not going out in the hail unless he absolutely has to. And so far, he doesn't have to. He walked the dog earlier when the hail was lighter, and now he's sitting in the lobby with the journal, flipping through and trying to keep up

[and have Danny's dog come running through the lobby all by himself, yipping, and slipping into a hiding spot. Half a minute later, Lindsay comes running after him]

Sparticus! Come back!

[pauses, considers for a moment, before sorry, Linds, he's laughing]

[slides to a stop at that and looks over at him, setting a glare on him - you know the glare Flack]

[looks back at her with a smirk]

Spartacus?

[huffy Lindsay] Yes, Sparticus! My adopted dog finally has a name, and now he's being a bad dog and hiding from me.

[and_dontgetcute]

[teasing, he can't help it]

Maybe he doesn't agree with the name.

[notso_average]

Well he doesn't have to blame me! Someone I met suggested it and I liked it.

[turns this way and that] Sparticus!

[and_dontgetcute]

[still laughing slightly, but he decides to actually be useful. He reached down and gave Growlithe a scratch behind the ears]

Go find the dog, buddy.

[gives Flack a bit of an annoyed look, before hobbling off and going in search of the other dog]

[makes a face at Flack, turning to look after Growlithe]

[and_dontgetcute]

[Growlithe ambles around the room, sniffing out the dog, as Flack gestures for her to sit down next to him]

So how're you doing?

[notso_average]

[picks up Sparticus when he finally emerges and gives him a quick talking to, before turning her attention back to Flack. But she doesn't let the dog down.]

Not so bad. Trying to make some friends, get out more. You?

[nods]

'Bout the same. Trying to get through things without zombies tryin' to kill me.

[laughs]

If it's not one thing around here trying to kill you, it's another.

Just don't let them get you, okay? Two weeks or not...I need at least one of my best friends around.
