i keep sitting on miles; i got up for 5 seconds to put something away and when i sat down he was curled up in my chair. nikki doesn't even get in my chair. disrespectful bugger. on the plus side, lou says if i keep sitting on him it won't take him long to stop. :-P

oddly, he didn't claw or bite me when i sat on him; he just squeaked til i noticed and got up. he really is an easygoing little guy. he knows i wouldn't have sat down if i'd known he was there.

cats ARE rather resiliant creatures (and seem to have a penchant for uncomfy places - i've found cats sleeping on OPEN binder rings)...
he'll learn... possibly better if you were to get him a special place ALL HIS OWN that he can sit & be scritched while you sit in your fave spot.. that way he won't be as likely to migrate when you vacate...

he HAS his own chair. i set up one for him right next to mine and nikki's. he only sits in my chair immediately after i or someone else gets out of it. maybe cuz it's warm? i dunno. right now he's curled up with his head pillowed on my toes. too kyoot for words, i swear.
