Good for you!

I was a hairdresser after I finished high school and I still cut my family's hair!

Haha, I agree iwth mrsbr00kster, I realized from working on hair that I hated people too!

I don't hate people, I just hate assholes lol. People like to talk to me, I get lots of random strangers telling me their life stories-another reason to become a hair dresser, people can gab all they want and I'll get paid to listen :D

Hairdressing is the perfect thing for an artist. You make money and talk to people.

AWESOME Girlie!!! What a fun school (but I bet very hard too) to be in. I love any work that beautifies something or someone.

Wow! I hear there is really a market for it right now too. Good call! Is your daughter in full-day? I need to decide "what next" at some point. :P

I had high hopes of opening an art store, but they're building like fiends around my exit, and I've heard rumors that Michael's will be moving in. Can't have a small art store and compete with that!

Lydia gets on the bus right before 8 and gets home at 3:30ish. My classes are from 10-2 so its perfect! Plus, I can do school work at home on days I can't go in like if she's sick. I love that I will get to be artistic and make people feel good at the same time :D

Today is my first day in class *squee* :D
