I got my whole bank thing sorted out. It turns out the mysterious ATM fee was from when I was in NC and I used a supposedly surcharge-free ATM at a Sheetz while I was down there. well at least your card hasnt been compromised. i never would have guessed that it took a month for surcharges to show. i mean, people would have a better chance of remembering them if showed up in a more timely manner.
good luck with those loans. i never had student loans, but i did live in a period of paycheck to paycheck and strict no-vice living ages ago so i can only imagine what it's like to have that hanging over you, especially if you're thinking of purchasing a house. fingers crossed for your finances, dahlink.
