I got my whole bank thing sorted out. It turns out the mysterious ATM fee was from when I was in NC and I used a supposedly surcharge-free ATM at a Sheetz while I was down there. I had been talking to this very nice woman since she had gotten out of the hospital and I had to call her like five times to get everything straightened out but I finally got her a package that she liked and that made me happy.
