I had the same dream, to go study animation in college, be awesome and work for Disney. Until the time came when I actually had to create animations, I hated it and I hated that something that I dreamt about wasn't what I WANTED. But that's still O.K., yeah it sucks breaking a promise to yourself, but no matter how much you plan out, that never means that it's the right plan for you. But you'll figure it out!
you'd only be letting me down if you guilted yourself into doing something you didn't really want to do. Cause yeah, I've been thinking about a way for me to combine how much I love art/animationy things and making clothing/ cool things, and I'm trying not to blindly run at the pixar dream without having backup plans or thinking REALLY REALLY hard about what I want to do. All the college letters are making me paranoid about essays and applications and visiting places and AHHHH SCARY.
i just want to do something i love and be around awesome people and make a life for myself that I won't regret.
