Yes! I had a serious leg cramp yesterday while I was running and realized I probably wasn't getting enough potassium. Didn't connect that to the eye though, good call. I bought too many peaches at the store and have been eating them all week before they get yucky. I though they had potassium in them, whoops.

I drank a recovery shake with potassium and it cleared up the leg cramp. Luckily I packed a banana today as well.

Funny enough, I tried writing poetry last week for the first time in about two years and it made me fear that my brain had complete turned to mush. I was trying the rhyme words, and I typically despise rhyming poetry. I think a sestina is worth the go though. I'll give it a try. Thanks!
