Reason I never make these recipes: they could be written a lot better. As in, clearer.
When the potatos, meat, and eggs are done, mix in the meat, the eggs, and the 2 cups of cheese in the casserole dish.
...Uh, what?

And my measurements for the cheese may be off anyways. Here, I'll try to clarify.
Okay, you got the meat and onion flakes in one pan, and the eggs and peppers in another pan.
Your shredded cheese is divided into two containers. A two cup, and a one cup.
When the potatos are cooked, the eggs scrambled and the half pound of meat are done, mix them in the casserole dish along with the two cups of cheese.
Then, top it with the one cup of cheese and stick it back in the oven.
