I was just going to mix it up in a frying pan, but when I bounced the idea off silentsteel, she expanded on it and turned it into a casserole

5 eggs
1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
2 potatos, chopped into bite-size chunks
2 tbspn Mild salsa
2 cups of cheese divided into two one cup amounts. (Two cups of cheese, each containing one cup of cheese)
1/2 tbspn Rosemary
1/2 tbspn Black Pepper
Onion flakes (a couple of shakes will do it)
Cassarole dish
1/2 lbs Ground meat (In this case, turkey)
1 tbspn Olive oil

Set oven to 300 degrees

In a cassarole dish, place the potato chunks, olive oil, pepper, and rosemary and bake for 20 minutes at 300

While that's going on, scramble the eggs with the peppers and salsa

Brown the meat with the oinion flakes.

Remove the casserole dish from the oven when the 20 minutes are up.

Add the eggs, meat, and one cup of cheese. Mix well.

Top with the other cup of cheese

Cook for 20 minutes at 300 or until cheese is melted and starting to brown.

Notes:
This recipie is NOT Ron-approved as he hates all cheese and is therefore a fuckwad nanny state advocating facist dick-loving douchebag.

2 Potatoes was a bit much, but then, they were pretty good sized potatos. Use your own judgement.

Final review: A. Will make again.

EDIT FOR CLARIFICATION:
You have two pans, two cups of cheese, and the casserole dish. The cups of cheese consist of a cup of cheese each. That's one cup of shredded cheese in each container.

The casserole dish contains your chopped potatos, the olive oil, the rosemary, and the black pepper.

In the first frying pan is the eggs, the salsa, and the chopped green pepper.
In the second pan is the meat and onion flakes.

When you remove the casserole dish from the oven for the first time, you dump in the meat, the eggs, and one cup of cheese. Mix it all in the casserole dish.

Then, top with the second cup of cheese, and put it back in the oven for 20 more minutes. After that, its ready.
