My and my family's dog, Rascal, passed away today. The last time I saw him was Sunday. He was actually in the house, and I think that made him happy. Lately, he had been wheezing and having what we thought were seizures. I am not as sad as I thought I would be. Maybe this is because I know he is no longer in pain and in a much better place.
