i love boot camp. but i feel like it's not enough. hopefully i stick to it and keep on running 2-3 times a week in the evenings as well. last nite, i ran three miles in 30 min that's my fastest time yet, yay ( Read more... ) -

my mom talked to me last nite. i think i'm gonna call the doctor to increase my medication...it was about this time last year that my depression was really bad. and i don't want things to go downhill and have that affect things with derek, were still so new together.
