I get MA MA MOW! all the time. We night weaned, so she's on her own until 5:00, my official cut off time. However, I'm still ending up in bed with her after 2:00 and get yelled at every time I sit at the computer. Uh oh, here she comes. MA MA MOOOOOWWWWWWW! Her getting sick and cutting teeth at the same time has wreaked havoc on my weaning plans! The band-aid is a good idea, though. If you take yourself out of your routine and make new routines it also helps. I would take Wren for a car ride at her nap time until she no longer expected milk at that time. Then, when she got used to falling asleep without a nipple, I would just curl up with her on the couch and she (and I) would knock out.
