...is the rampant misuse of the word codependent. Online, on TV, and in life I see many people use this word when they really are just plain old dependent on someone

Which is what the whole of Fight Club was about. Codependency, I mean. Tyler needed Marla, and the narrator needed Tyler. I don't think it isn't codependecy just because Tyler and the narrator happened to be the same man . . .
