I wish he would go ahead and break my heart already. It is hanging by so little as it is...it can't possible hurt much more...

I woke up this morning and my throat is completely swollen shut. I believe that I am dying. My parents are in South Dakota so I have no way to go to the doctor. I feel like crying, I am all alone in this house with no one to take care of me...
