the way clues were just dropped in filling out the picture was cleverly executed
Thank you. It's always been a challenge for me not to smack down a couple of huge paragraphs of expository babble at the beginning of a story under the guise of situation set up. I tried to do it differently this time and it's awesome that you noticed. *dances* :)
Thanks for reading and leaving such a nice comment!

Thanks for coming over and reading! :)
Missouri's POV is up next. She's so much fun to write. The Show needs to bring her back.

What is it with these Winchesters thinking they got to do everything alone?
So, Bobby's noticed it, too... And your Bobby sounded awesome - calm even faced with Dean's desperation, trying to reason with him.
And the clocks stopping at 8:13? Like in the Pilot? *pokes the clocks*

I see that you're wasting no time maxing out your 100+ icon limit. You'll never go back to a basic account. ;)

Thanks! I love Bobby. It was interesting to write from his POV. As much as I loved John, I think Bobby is a healthier role model/father figure for the boys. He cares, he's involved, he's got a background in demonology, the boys trust him AND listen to him, but he's not so entrenched in the dynsfunction that he's incapable of evaluating the situation somewhat objectively. That's not to say Bobby likely doesn't have his own little world of denial and dysfunction ... anyone who chooses to be a hunter must be slightly damaged and have suffered some loss at some point. Also, Bobby has the pig hat. :)
And the clocks stopping at 8:13? Like in the Pilot?*grins* Even though Kripke said in one the S2 DVD commentary that the ~8:15'ish YED/demon attacks (pilot, "Salvation", "AHBL-1") were coincidental ( ... )
