Zetta was tired of sitting around. He really didn't care that much about this election business--or the city as a whole for that matter--but staying in his room wasn't helping anything either. Maybe if he tried to shake down some more information from people on how to get out of this place he might actually get somewhere. Or he could tell Pram and she could get somewhere.

It wasn't too long before he managed to catch sight of a woman (what was it with him running into chicks and the cockroach brat all the time?) by one of the stores. "Hey, you!" he called to get her attention.

Meg halted in mid-step, slowly looking over her shoulder to give whoever called out a withering stare. She almost lost her cool as she took full-stock of the man (and he clearly was something more than that) with...was his hair made out of bats on fire? She turned to face him, arms crossed loosely, appearing for all the world as if something like this happened every day.

She watched him with one lifted eyebrow, silent as she waited for whatever it was he wanted to say.

Good, she'd managed to hear him. Didn't seem to be all that intimidated, though. What was with this place and people not reacting how they were supposed to? Did they just not know a badass freakin' Overlord when they saw one? Sure as hell seemed like it.

"How long have you been here?" he asked, deciding to get that out of the way first. He didn't really pay too much attention to who wandered in and out of the city, so it would probably be better to make sure this chick actually had some information on her.

The closer he got, the more obvious it was that this was no regular guy. As if the hair wasn't a clue. This was Paixao, though, and Meg had learned to adapt fairly quickly to the myriad of strange characters this place had to offer. That didn't mean she'd be reckless, though. Even if she wasn't necessarily shocked by his appearance, there was no telling what he could do to her.

"I've lost track," she replied, tilting her head up to meet his gaze. "Too long." He seemed all business and not remotely interested in her the way most men were, so it couldn't hurt to help him out a little. Right?

Good. If she'd been here awhile, she probably knew something useful. "All right, then tell me everything you know about this place. Except the whole castle part. I know about that," he ordered. Zetta hadn't heard anything about anyone finding a way out yet, but he wouldn't be surprised if someone was hiding something about it.
