Fortunately for her, at least one of the two was perfectly normal. A little quirky, yes, but that was only to be expected for a gambler. Apart from that, however, he was perfectly normal and - conveniently enough - quite easy to pick out in a crowd. Silver hair tended to do that.

Finding who he was supposed to meeting, on the other hand, would be a little bit more troublesome, but he figured the woman who looked like she was waiting was a good place to start.

Hook had been hesitant to leave city hall. It had been at least a week, perhaps two, since he had last ventured out… since he had run into that treacherous crocodile. And even though he knew it had been outside the city walls the monster had chosen to reside, he could not help but fear the chance of it ever wandering inside. If it did it would find him. It always did. Always. He did not understand how but regardless where he went the crocodile was not far in pursuit. It made him question whether or not the horrid beast would ever leave him alone. Would he follow him even in death? The pirate shuttered at the thought and quickly made haste out of the building. If he did not leave now to meet this young lady and ‘Mister Setzer’ she had mentioned he never would ( ... )

Dahlia saw a white-haired man coming towards her and looking at her. She was not exactly sure who it was but it was probably one of the two men. At least he looked somewhat normal, apart from the weird clothes (but then nobody seemed to dress normally here).

"Oh, Mr Setzer, is it?" she asked, seeming awkward. "Or are you the other man? I'm sorry, I-"

Then Captain Hook's voice caught her attention. Dahlia turned around to see an older man approaching her. Again, clothes aside, he seemed more normal....or was he? He may have greeted her politely but there was something about his manner that was a little, well.....off. Well, as long as she did not show her suspicion, Dahlia was confident that she could handle him.

"Oh, yes, this is Mr. Setzer," she answered, smiling. "You must be...oh, sorry. I didn't catch your name on the journals."

Ah, so it wouldn't just be the two of them. Well, Setzer certainly wasn't going to complain. He hadn't intended to anything that required there to be only two people. It would have been ungentlemanly and for all that he was a gambler he certainly wasn't unscrupulous (or at least, not that unscrupulous).

"I am," Setzer answered with a polite nod, at about the same time as Dahlia. For now, he'd leave of the part about being a gambler. He could bring it up later, should the conversation happen to take a turn that way.

“Captain James Hook.” He announced proudly as he placed his hat back onto his head. “A pleasure to spend an afternoon as pleasant as this in such fine company. I am afraid to say I had my doubts about coming out but you have put them to rest. My last experience was… Less than enjoyable.” The pirate frowned at the thought before turning his attention back to the two. “I gather you two are fairly familiar with the city, yes?”
