Yuna had decided to stay indoors lately, mostly because, as Belle had said, the two roommates hadn't really spent a whole lot of time together, especially since the craze of Yuna's kidnapping. Luckily, all that had managed to come out okay and Yuna had gotten her dresspheres back. One of the spheres was clutched in her hand at the moment as she glanced out of the window while Belle lit the candles.

Pulling the curtains closed out of an oddly exposed feeling, Yuna nodded and turned back to her friend, fingers tightening on the dressphere in her hand. It was a light shade of purple, exactly the same color as the songstress shirt.

"It has been," she agreed, smiling over at the other girl. "I've been a little worried about everything, but I never really thanked you properly for helping get me out of Hades' hands."

Belle parted her lips in surprise before glancing away, the faint smile on her face weakened by the pang of guilt she felt even now. "Oh, please, don't thank me," she replied quickly, reaching up to tuck a strand of loose hair behind her ear. She still didn't meet Yuna's eyes. "I didn't do anything...all I did was bring a brush to Mr. Dresden so he could find you."

She finally looked her friend in the eye now, determination setting her jaw. "But I'm going to pratice my archery more so that I'll be of more use, I promise."

The guilt flooded Yuna then as she looked at her roommate and friend. "But you brought help and that's what really matters... I should have been more careful."

But really, where was that line of thinking going to lead them anyway? Just down the road of self-pity and that was a road Yuna never traveled. So she forced a smile and reached out to Belle with one hand.

"I'm just glad we found my dresspheres again. I was a bit useless without them, since it's been a long time since I didn't have them with me."

Turning the sphere over in her hand, she stared down at it. "You know what we need? A little music!"

Belle was fascinated by the dressphere. It seemed to be a ball of solid violet light in Yuna's hand. It was certainly nothing Belle had ever seen before and it seemed unlikely to be a kind of technology. No, any way she looked at it, it had to be magic, plain and simple. Yuna had once briefly explained what the dresspheres were for and what they did, but it was hard for Belle to wrap her mind around such a fantastical concept. But now she'd see it in action! It was so exciting.

"Music?" she repeated, blinking a bit owlishly. "What...what sort of music?" It was clear she didn't understand why they'd need music in the first place.

"Like dancing music!" Yuna giggled. "It's been really quiet lately and that's not so good on the heart sometimes. So why don't I do a little singing? It'll at least brighten the room a little."

Without waiting for a response, Yuna tucked the dressphere back into her garment grid, listening to it click into place, before she attempted to activate it. Bright light engulfed her, completely blocking her from view, and when she reemerged, she was dressed in her songstress dress.

As always, when she wore it, she felt as light as a feather, bouncy, and as though everything was just fine. Giggling aloud, she grabbed the microphone that appeared in her hand and began to dance a little, humming one of the tunes as she debated which piece to sing.

"I wish Shinra were here. He'd be able to make another one, I'm sure, and then we could do a duet!"
