Yuuko was sprawled on her bed, her sleek kimono half falling off her body. It was too damn early and Yuuko wondered why she was even conscious. She sat up slowly, looking around her room. Nothing was out of place and thankfully the blinds were shut. Her head was pounding and she couldn't remember how much alcohol she had consumed last night. Yuuko blinked and looked towards the door, a savory scent coming past the door...so that's what had woken her up.

Watanuki certainly had a running for his money.

She rose from the bed, not bothering to straighten out her kimono which was slipping from her shoulders. She did grab a robe to throw over it, using a belt to tie it closed loosely around her waist. Despite her hangover she did manage to cross the room and get out the door without stumbling.

Maybe she hadn't had that much after all.

She shuffled in to the kitchen, plopping down onto a chair at the table and watching Harry for a moment before resting her head on the table and letting out a groan, "Harry, it's too early for this

Aerith woke up around her normal time and stretched before getting up to take a shower. She didn't take too long - she wanted to be sure that Harry and Yuuko had enough hot water later. When that and all the other morning rituals were done, she headed toward the kitchen to make breakfast, pausing when she noticed the nice aroma wafting through the shop. She smiled and continued on her way.

"You beat me," Aerith said upon seeing Harry, chuckling. "I don't suppose you need any help, do you?"

Dad was cooking breakfast again. Leslie rolled over in her bed to look at her clock. If she had slept in late enough for Dad to be up and about, she was being very lazy indeed.

Reality hit, as it did every morning, when Leslie opened her eyes. She still wasn't home...

Make each day the best you can, she reminded herself. And so, smile on her face, she threw the blankets off and headed down to the kitchen to plop down at the table next to Yuuko. She had grown accustomed to the witch's drinking habits by now, much to Harry's dismay. There were some things in people you just couldn't change. Leslie wondered if Yuuko's kidneys were under as much stress as her uncle Ted's ( ... )

Harry just snickered as he saw Yuuko flop down at the table with a pathetic groan. Moving over to the table he served her a plate of food, and went to grab her some painkillers he'd picked up earlier and a glass of water.

"Yuuko, it's almost 11:00, even I know that's not early," he teased, setting down both pill and water in front of her in what had almost become a morning ritual.

He looked up again with a grin as he saw Aerith and Leslie enter the kitchen, and said, "Aerith, the point is for us not to take advantage of you every morning. Though if it helps, you can make sure I don't burn anything." He ruffled Leslie's hair as he went to get two more plates ready. "Morning grasshopper."

The pain killers, food, and glass of water placed before Yuuko was enough to rouse her from her slumped over position. She picked up the medicine and popped it with the ease of someone who took them often and then drained the glass of water. She let out a happy sigh and grinned over at Harry, "You're the best."

Yuuko pouted, twirling her fork between her fingers, "But 11:00 is early. What's wrong with wanting to be in bed till noon?" She stopped twirling and grinned devilishly, "If you went to bed with me I'd make sure you didn't get up until well after----"

"Morning," she chirped, her voice dropping the sultry tone she'd been using to make Harry uncomfortable for the happy voice she used most of the rest of the time. Normally she might have gone on but sometimes changing the subject and acknowledging others just made the person squirm more.
