"Oh, Juro, look!" an excited voice exclaimed from nearby. Ahnassi, the owner of the voice, was grinning from ear to ear and pointing in the moogle's general direction. The Khajiit was by this point starting to get fairly comfortable with her new home in the city. Granted, there had been a strange water problem earlier that had made her a little sick, but that was nothing compared to all the exciting people to meet and places to explore

"Do I even want to look?" said Juro, turning his head to look anyways. He frowned slightly at what he saw - something that he might have thought was not much more than an oddly-dressed rabbit, had it not had that strange fuzzy pom-pom protruding from its head. He wasn't surprised at seeing it, though. "Hmm."

He made a little sound in the back of his throat, one that could have been a chuckle of some sort. "I suppose so," was his reply. Looking at it made him slightly hungry, but at least trying to talk to this creature wouldn't have been as bad as that one rat Ahnassi had tried talking to - a rat that definitely would have become an appetizer, had Juro been the one to find him instead. Who knew, maybe at the very least this strange rabbity thing could give him a bit of amusement; after being in this city for so long, he felt like he could use some.

Montblanc perked up at the voices nearby, wondering for a second what they were looking at, before his mind substituted the question of just what they were. He'd never seen anything quite like either one of them (or heard of any talking blue-furred creatures), which just stirred up his curiosity even more than it already was. This town was full of surprises, seemed like.

Still, he was close enough now to beat them to the punch, and so he did. "Hey there, kupo!" he called, waving one small hand. "You folks live around here, kupo?"

Ahnassi grinned and walked over a little closer, nodding vigorously, "Oh yes. Ahnassi and Juro are living in the Villas Salonas near here. It is a nice place, and not far from the grocery."

She was a little curious what "kupo" meant, wondering if it was a polite term of respect, like how the people of Morrowind called people "sera" when they were being polite. It kind of sounded like that, the way he had used it the first time. She decided not to ask about it... not yet, anyway. The Khajiit was much more interested in what he was and where he came from. "You are new to the city, yes?" she inquired politely. "Ahnassi has not seen anyone of your kind before, but it is not surprising. Here there are many people from many places."

Juro quirked an eyebrow upon hearing the word "kupo" - only because it wasn't anything he'd heard before, either. It was cute - almost sickeningly cute, he thought. "Yeah, we live around here," he said. "And where would you happen to be from?"
