Haku brushed off his clothes as he stepped into the hospital and basked in the familiarity of it all. Already, he had ideas of where he wanted to go, who he needed to help.

"Any help that can be offered will be more than appreciated," Haku replied, "I'm sure."

He took a look around, before deciding on which direction they should take. The best course of action would be to find some doctor, or nurse, or something. But, it would be wise of them to first find some information desk and sadly, it wasn't at this entrance.

"We're going to need to speak with some doctor or nurse," he told them as he sought out the directory. "I'm sure that would be the best place to start from."

"I guess," Naruto said. Ah, hospitals. He had mixed feelings about them. He spent, in his opinion, far too much time in them, although thanks to the demon sealed inside his belly he never stayed in them for long. But generally he thought they were too white and too stark, and the smells that clung to them tended to sting his sensitive nose.

He eyed Machu Picchu, suddenly truly noticing her awesome height. And the wings. He felt a little sorry for her, but mainly he was just irked by her height (couldn't he be taller than someone else for once?), and a little creeped out. "Where we gonna find doctors?" he asked, peering over Haku's shoulder at the directory.

Nurse Heather looked out the window of the breakroom, while Lisa was making coffee in the coffee machine. It seemed the monsters that were causing the influx of both patients and refugees from the mess were gone now ( ... )

Picchu looked first at the nurse, her voice sounding a lot older than her looks, “Ah…we’re volunteers. Although I only think Haku (she nodded to him) knows what exactly to do.”

She glanced at the little girl, who was busy running her hands through her feathers, following the grain of her wings, which were folded to her back. It tickled a bit, but she stood still. “Oh, so now I’m an it? And what’s so weird about feathers? Call me Picchu.”

Haku smiled at the nurse and the girl with her. He bowed by way of greeting.

"We were actually looking to find a nurse," the effeminate shinobi stated, motioning to the directory. "We've come to offer our assistance as we were more than sure that, with the attacks outside, there had been a spike in the number of patients. I know, at least, that there can never been enough help."

Haku smiled again. He was completely in his element in the hospital, and Zabuza had always given him free reign when it came to anything medical. It was the one thing that the older shinobi had admitted limited knowledge to, and he had often let Haku play teacher with such things.

"Picchu is right," he admitted. "I have medical knowledge, and am an adept medic-nin."
