I'm officially a law student as of Monday.

I'm also dead tired as of Monday. I don't think I've ever consistently worked this hard before in my life!

Thanks! Everyone is telling me that this week is always the worst; I'm literally running out of time every night. I'm having to wake up early in the morning to brief cases and go over readings because I'm terrified of getting called on in class and not knowing the answer. I have my first exam on Saturday! I'm sure they're doing this to scare us into shape.

In my experience, professors are looking for you to reason through your answers and really think about what you say... so if you dont know the answer in class, try to reason it out and think through it and I'm sure they will respect you a great deal for at least attempting to reason it out.
