He promised to take me to see the lights on my eighteenth birthday. Now we're both here, though, so...[A slight shrug.] I know I'll see them someday. It's my dream.
[She pauses, looking thoughtful for a moment.] My dream...I haven't really thought about it. I'm happy with my life right now just from helping others. As my grandfather put it, never turn your back when someone needs your help, even if they're a stranger. So if I can bring a smile on someone's face, then that's good enough for me.
