i have actually been thinking about either starting a Pilates business or buying an existing Pilates studio. One place for sale that I called about was overpriced and under-utilized. a hobby for some rich lady, i thought, and now she wants to sell, and at a steep price. so no way. there's another place i found out about and i'm going to be geting

yeah owning your own business would be a huge deal!! :) there is quite a bit of risk involved.

is there a possibility of buying in a business as a partner instead of sole owner?

veggies!!! hi! i haven't heard a peep from you in a while!!

i have signed a confidentiality agreement and since this is the internet i can't say anything. i wouldn't be partnering with anyone and haven't yet considered it, but it is maybe something to consider. however, without saying much, a portion of the rent is covered through sublet. rent is of, course, the largest expense this business has.
