its snowing and has settled here in caithness scotland. earlier it started out as rain then hail stones the size of peas. then it turned to snow, and now its settled. and im still being a grouchy old cow moaning about the snow.
you think your cold where you are? whenever i visit old turf (essex) its like tropical weather even in winter and im able to go about in short sleeves and think its mild temperatures. hehe
i'm laughing over your message because i'd have the same reaction as you! i swear i'm going to start carrying a roll of duct tape in my handbag for all the obnoxious little bastards i meet! (and their parents!)
and while im on my tirade against the under 20s.............since when did it become acceptable to spit in the streets? its gross, i find myself avoiding these nasty patches as i walk along the streets. i wanna smack em right up side the head.

it's their fault for not teaching their kids to have manners. It's like I'm now always surprised and amazed when I hear a child say 'excuse me' when they want to get past you or when they say 'please' or 'thank you'. It used to be you *always* said that as a kid, you didn't just barge past like some rude troll. If you didn't say excuse me for trying to get past, you didn't get past or you got smacked for being rude.
As to the weather, we've had lots of fog, but thankfully no ice yet. (southern essex, near the thames)
