Injuries to be sustained: Stab him a couple times for each time you meet him. Just keep the stabbing from anything vital/groin/face. He probably won't really notice the stabbings.
Where your character is, if you're not already placed somewhere: I don't know. Pretty much he'll be stopping in on by, and just getting there in the general nick of time for Bonny, Zelda and maybe Tamaki. We're not sure about Tamaki. So he'll be in all their threads and where they are.
Any additional information: Heavy has high HP and pain tolerance. If he's occupied with saving his favorite ladies, he's not going to stop Euphie from stabbing people.

Where your character is, if you're not already placed somewhere: She may be at the Casino and return to the Hostel to pick up some belongings, but most likely will be at the Hostel right up to her stabbing.
