The worst part about our jobs is we have to see people rage at us for no reason over stupid shit luxuries. Like if someone bought a bunch of expired nasty groceries or some shit, I could understand, but with me people bitch and cry about wanting their money back not liking a movie they rented or lol bagels.

omg your job is probably worse, dude. I had an ex that worked for Hollywood Video and he said he would never, ever, ever work somewhere where late fees were involved ever again.

I know I've gotten pissed at a late fee before and probably treated the poor employees nasty, but dammit I had returned that movie!

but yeah, it sucks that people are so rude. It's like working in customer makes me less of a human being.
