Not only was last night the first New Years' Eve that I spent out of state, there were some other firsts as well. One, it's the first time I rung in the new year ALONE. Well, he has his arraignment today...the judge will announce bail, and then I don't know what will happen.

But okay...this isn't really poking fun or what ever, but a couple entries before this I saw that you went and saw LOTR:TTT ( very sweet movie btw) and well I duno this is kind of far fetched...heh but in the movie, Smeegle a.k.a Gollum, had his ulter-ego type deal, correct? Well I know you're brother doesn't talk to himself or refer to himself as "we" but If I remember correctly, Gollum was trying to kill frodo and sam and well he was choaking him =/ And talked in that low voice. and did all that squirming reaching for things ( the ring) but I duno! When I read what your brother's actions were that popped into my head...
The different voice..that burst of wild energy and the choaking =/
Dont get me wrong Leo, this isnt like a jab at ur bro or to poke fun in anyway. hehe
