Possibly not so closet if his high school sweetheart leaving still bothered him in Iraq. I could totally see him writing that all over Nate and then pretending "what? the pen slipped." But we all know better.

This is so sweet and perfect and lovely. And trembling Brad is possibly the best image ever. Here is something to shake his calm!

That moment, where he's so cooly sarcastic about the joys of visiting his old sweetheart and best friend, and clearly hurt as hell about it was one of those defining moments for Brad. So, yeah, wanting to be in the closet, but the door isn't as tightly closed as he'd like.

This is stunning. I love that when they finally got the time and opportunity, they rent a house for three weeks, because that's how much pent up sexual frustration they have to work through. And I love that they want it so much they try to fool us with the whole laziness in bed and painting on backs, and then *boom*, there it is, they're finally doing it and it's sweet and so full of emotions that it might hurt a little, but a good kind of hurt.

The idea of Brad being almost clumsy because he finally has a bed full of naked Nate is utterly awesome. I can totally see Brad's Iceman façade breaking in front of Nate, and it's beautiful, because Nate gets how important it is. And of course Brad would write Latin in Nate's back - Nate's a classics boy, after all.
