A Doctor Who/Good Omens crossover

Question: Could you hear my head exploding from way over there?

Hee! It's just-- they're made for each other, right? (Except for the little problem where I've (well, Aziraphale, by accident) caused an apocalypse and the Doctor was supposed to fix it and he can't! Boo.)

Aww! Can he really not? Because it always seems like he can't, and then he totally can! (Usually with his companion's help, of course.)

I keep thinking he can, then hitting a snag. *sigh* I'm not as clever as the Doctor! But I really want Donna to ultimately be the one to save the day/world. I will make it happen, I will, I will. *determined face*

I was surprised when I looked at Amazon - I'd assumed that anything halfway decent would be far more. But the reviews for that one make it sound quite good, certainly for a starter tablet.

It'll be closing down 5pm your time and down until 9pm at least, and probably not very functional the rest of the evening. Boo. I suppose at least we'll get more done... But still.

I'll probably go over to insanejournal. Or check greatestjournal to see if we manage to crash it completely!

I switched from my ancient 4x6 Wacom Graphire 2 (the end of a nine year relationship, sniff) to the 6x8 Bamboo Fun this year, and I love it. The stylus pressure levels are more than adequate (even in something like Painter) and the tablet itself is a lot more intuitive than my old setup. I'm not sure how it compares to the Bamboo One, besides the size difference, since we don't seem to have it in the States, but the specs are pretty solid. It does lack a mouse, unlike other Wacom systems, but personally I very quickly found myself using the stylus most of the time, even to scroll and surf. It's easy to adapt. Good luck with it!

I didn't realize some tablets came with a mouse! For me, the whole idea is to have a stylus, for those times when a mouse just doesn't cut it, though I do like the idea of being able to use a stylus for surfing too. Anyway, thanks for the feedback - it's good to know that you've been happy with the make.
