This is sad, but I liked how it showed her so mired in the past, and him so mired in Batman. Very nice.

right, they're both coming together out of a past connection that isn't there any more. Rachel realizes it, but Bruce doesn't. That really struck me in the movie that he's so deluded about that.

Loved the frequent mention of all the things Rachel wasn't thinking about and Bruce is just totally guh! here. And of course the change in persona at the end and Rachel determined to tell him no next time (kind of ties in with her letter in TDK, *sniff*)
