The three of them were just drunk enough to think investigating the archives was a good idea. Tosh blamed Gwen, and Gwen's honeymoon, and Jack moping because Gwen was on her honeymoon. This is really wonderful - I love the affection here, which is something we see all too rarely on the show - the way that they try so hard to include Owen in the, ahem, activities, despite his handicap. But it's not at all sappy, which would just be wrong for these characters. Nicely done.
