You'd think I'd be posting something porny, wouldn't you, seeing as I'm running the Porn Battle. But you'd be wrong! Instead, a little bit of minor character fic, that I suspect will interest pretty much no one! Sometimes I just like to write for me.

Centre of the Universe [Torchwood, Rhys, Rhys/Gwen, PG-13, 750 words]

( She used to look at him like he was a chip butty, like she couldn't keep her hands off of him, like she wanted to eat him up. Like he was the centre of her universe and everything revolved around them, together. )

Torchwood fan fiction - sweet! I really loved this to, getting Rhys' perspective on his relationship with Gwen. Fantastic, even though it was a bit sad.

Thanks - it was an interesting change, writing an ordinary Welsh bloke, and fun to write, despite the somewhat sad tone. Glad you enjoyed it!

Thanks so much! Once I got a Cardiff dialect going on in my head, it felt really natural writing from his pov.

Oh, this was lovely. Rhys is just... oh, a total sweetheart. He's such a darling boyfriend, but it's a great example of how the sweet and normal kind of pale in comparison to the running around and saving the planet stuff. Which is sad, but true.

And the poor guy doesn't even really know what he's up against. I'd really like him to learn more about what's really going on next season.
