Frustration and Panic!

I got info back from the state Dept. of Commerce yesterday. Apparently they DO NOT work in getting employer short and long term disability insurance companies to do what they are supposed to do. I am trying to think that the guy who I talked to on the phone, and told me to send my stuff in to them, just misunderstood what I was asking for. The

I'd call the state attorney-general's office. They should be able to figure out who to talk to.

In PA I do volunteer work for our local State Rep. Contact your State Senator or congressman. He/she lives for the fun of taking on people like that.

That is something that I hadn't thought of! Thank you for pointing me in the direction where I may find help. I am willing to look anywhere I need to if it means getting what is rightfully mine. My doctors are all livid! They feel like it is not just a blow to me, but also calling them all liars, which is true!

Ditto this. I think Keith Ellison and Amy Klobuchar are your Rep and Senator too in WA DC. I'm not sure who they are on the state level though.
