This lager has a tang to it, almost like oranges. It has a cloudy appreance with light bubbles. Along with a strong hops flavour that gives it a spicy taste. It looks like apple juice with bubbles, well having a clean and refreshing taste. The spice does not over power the flavour. This is a refreshing beer. Nice head ( Read more... ) -

So the end result is that I can brew anything I wish within my own home so long as I do not sell the resulting alcohol. There is also no mention of amount limits for a home brewer. AGCO refers to the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario, formerly known as the LCBO, Liquor Control Board of Ontario. Dedicant oath rite
Let me begin by stating that I do not like Oaths. I feel that they are overused and misunderstood. They are a binding of the deepest kind, that of the soul. As I type this I can almost feel my Oath conforming itself, entwining itself with my soul. For I believe that they are a binding of the soul, forever.

My Altar setup
My altar is a glass topped coffee table that belonged to my Great Aunt. She received it from her parents, so it is an ancestral heirloom that gives me a feeling of connection to my ancestors.
