Farscape problem
I have a problem with Farscape episodes Die Me Dichotomy and Season Of Death, the end of Season 2 cliffhanger and Season 3 intro. (spoilers follow) When the doc drills into Crichton's brain to retrieve the chip that was inserted there, Crichton's speech centers are removed and he can't speak.
The problem is that Crichton is a human and therefore his speech centers are located just left and behind his forehead on the left side. The doctor drills into the mid-hemisphere of the right side. That wouldn't have any effect at all on the speech centers. It's not as bad as Giles' new theory of evolution, but it really breaks the suspension of disbelief when something so basic is done so wrong.
