There's been a lot of stuff going around recently about the afterlife and what it's all about. Where people go, who takes them there, and why. Yeah, I guess we do. It's part of the reason I decided to stay dead...but I guess you heard that already.

It's not that I don't enjoy a good challenge every now and then--it's just it'd be nice if it didn't put the whole world at risk every single time, you know?

That is a large reason for why this unworthy one wandered homeless for a decade. If he never stayed in one place for very long his identity as Hitokiri Battousai normally wouldn't come out, or wouldn't until after he was gone again. As soon as he made the decision to stay with Kaoru-dono his demons started coming out of the woodwork one after another, all determined on making a name for themselves by killing him. Mou... the stupidity of these people never ceases to amaze him... they called him the strongest for a reason...

He has to admit he enjoys a good spar, however there aren't many he feels comfortable sparing with because of the severity of his style. He felt comfortable enough with Mitsuhide-dono, but otherwise he has not found anyone.

Though he will admit, his enemies have never threatened the whole world. All of Japan? Maybe. The world? Not so much.

...Well, I've been called the strongest before too, but I'd rather not claim that title. I mean, I train and stuff, but I don't really think there's really a way to know for sure if you're the strongest or not, especially considering the opponents I've fought. A lot of them haven't even been from Earth, and the universe is a pretty big place.

I'm...actually kinda the same way. I mean, I could probably spar with just about anyone, but I'd be worried I might hurt them or something. I'm not exactly human, so...

Yeah, it's gotten to be a pretty bad cycle. We'll have a couple years of peace, but then some android or alien-thing will show up and try to blow up the planet or something. It's really getting annoying.
