There is something comforting about feeling his gun in his hand, Molokov thinks. There is also something satisfying about actually using it, even if it is only against paper targets

Max is, presumably, wandering by and twitching at every gunshot he hears. So if Molokov feels someone standing behind him and watching him a little warily, that's probably Max, who's apparently trying to get himself calm enough to actually say something.
Molokov finishes the round then glances behind him warily. The man doesn't appear to be threatening, but as he well knows, appearances can be deceiving.
"Wouldn't mind stopping that, would ya?" He's giving Molokov a firm sort of look, but it's obvious he's nervous. In his case, appearances aren't very deceiving at all.
Here, Molokov, have yet another presumably innocent teaboy.
Ianto happened to be passing through, doing a bit more exploring on his part, when he heard the gunshots. With a hightened sense of urgency, he follows the sound until he recognizes the man weilding the weapon. He's really not surprised.
Watching for a moment, he debates on giving a few rounds himself. He steps up and smiles softly (which should be eerie, considering the situation), "Would you mind if I joined you?"
Molokov glances over, and favors Ianto with a real smile, one that reaches his eyes. He rather likes the other man - he's intelligent and sensible, a rare commodity these days, or so it seems.
"Not at all, Mr. Jones. You are most welcome," he answers warmly.
Ianto's own smile warms and he steps up beside Molokov, looking about at the targets. Overall, he found the other man quite agreeable. There was a sense of mysteriousness (because they knew their jobs too well, surely) they both shared that made things a bit more interesting, if anything.
"You have a sharp eye," he muses, glancing sideways to him. In an easy motion, he pulls his own handgun from the holster hidden in his suit coat.

Americans were so stupid sometimes. As far as he was concerned, Walter was the one shiny exception.

His estimation of Ianto increases when he sees how smoothly he's drawn his gun. Oh yes, this is a man who knows what he's about. Molokov approves.
