There is something comforting about feeling his gun in his hand, Molokov thinks. There is also something satisfying about actually using it, even if it is only against paper targets.
On the whole, he is just grateful that the Shooting Range exists in the first place. It is one of the few things saving his sanity (or what remains of it).
Despite the weapon in hand, he is approachable. More or less.
