Florence was actually on her way from outside to upstairs. She's hardly had anything to drink today (shocking, in and of itself, nowadays), and she's in a relatively good mood.

And then she sees her. And freezes.

She knows what her Tolya's wife looks like. She met her in Bangkok, after all. So she just stares, a little horrified.

"Oh, bloody hell."

As she tries to make sense of everything, she sees her. They have not met, but Svetlana knows very well who she is.

"Miss Vassey," she says coolly. Her accent is thick, but overly so.

"Mrs. Sergievsky," Florence responds, a bit choked. "I did... not expect to see you here. Of all places."

No no no no. Because she felt guilty enough in Bangkok with Svetlana there, and with her here now...

She doesn't want to lose Anatoly again.

Svetlana hates to admit her ignorance, especially in front of Anatoly's mistress, but she needs to know. "What is this place?"

There so many questions she wants to ask Florence. Is he here? Is he well? How can she stand coming in second to a chess set? What is it like to have his love?

Anatoly is looking for the kitchen -- again. So many hallways, so many rooms, he still hasn't quite found his way around. And no matter how many times Molokov explained it to him, he couldn't get his head around thinking things into existance.

When he sees his wife, he freezes. "... Sveta. Hello."

"Anatoly." Svetlana says coolly. She is determined not to let him see how much his presence affects her.

"This is... certainly a surprise. When did you get here?" He moves closer and kisses her politely, but not entirely coldly.

Svetlana does not react to the kiss. "Just now."

She is still terribly confused about where she is and how she got here but her pride keeps her from admitting that.
