Well,

I've ordered a Baladi Scimitar, a dancing sword, from Kult of Athena. The sword, on its own, does not actually dance. I do - with the sword on my head. Hopefully, I don't break a foot when I drop it or impale a dog or small child.  Good thing I didn't get the sharp one.

Life has been very full and I've sort of crawled into my cave. I had to put some stuff on the back burner and for me that turned out to be writing.

I was feeling very guilty and kicking myself about not writing, so I finally gave myself permission to set it aside for a while. The last thing I was working on is still percolating in my head, knocking on the door. Yesterday I realized something that had been bothering me about the final big fight scene. (I haven't even written that part yet. Like I said percolating.)so that will take some arranging/re-arranging.

I know what you mean! I have not been writing much lately. My energy has been going into this project.
