Much refreshed. And with the gratifying feeling that I am perhaps rather fitter than I thought I was (i.e. I was striding out at or well towards the front of the walks, not to mention my other physical activities).

Also have learnt two new neck stretches (via the Relax and Unwind session, before the annoying visualisation bit).
