It really is lovely. There is an appreciation that some of us may wish to chill out in our rooms, and therefore would like comfortable chairs to sit on, which I had found sadly lacking at a couple of similar places, and the staff are all wonderful.

From having read the novel of Night Watch and part of the sequel, it probably comes across better that the Light/Dark thing is as much political as actual, and yes, the vampires get a bum deal. And sometimes Others say stuff your binaries, in which case they're renegades to be hunted down by both sides.
