Whenever I get depressed, I start moving around my bedroom. Usually at some ungodly hour.
I gave up the best bedroom I ever had to my mother because she needed it and moved "down under" - I still can't get used to this room.

My bedroom is filled with dried flowers/plants, animals, books, anything fairy related and animal maps etc.

Poor baby. They get so unhappy in such small cages.
I had two rats but recently lost one, and I still think this cage is too small tbh. So I can only imagine your roommate's rat!

Maybe try and convince her or just get one when you can :)
The rat'll probably love you +more when he has a big home.

OR buy your own rat + big cage and tell here she can let hers in yours so he even gains a friend!

Your room looks very nice and I especially love your shelves (and almost everything else to be quite honest)!

I'm really still trying to find my way around this bedroom.

Your room is gorgeous! Is that blue wall wallpaper or pressed metal??

And the window --- I want a window like that!!

Wouldn't mind a ferret, either, but I don't think my three cats would be keen on that!!

haha oh boy. cats and ferrets. I think ferrets are basically one of the few animals that cats just.. stay away from like the plague. My cats would rather be dog bait then come near my ferrets.

And thank you! It's really old wallpaper that I painted. Several times.
It's a pain to get off, like it literally cuts you if you make a wrong move, so I decided to leave it on. I've never been fond of it, though. :p

I had neighbours who used to walk their ferrets down the street on leads! The looks they got --- amazing!

I think the walls look great! The colour is really nice.
