Out of order

rozaroni mentioned cheesesteaks, and now I want one. Unfortunately, there are none (that are any good) to be had, so I have to settle for Double Stuf Oreos. ::munches::

I'm better! No more sinus problems! Yet, the head trip has just begun.

Will you be coming to Philly any time soon? You know, if you go too long without a cheesesteak, bad things start to happen.

::prods tummy:: I think you may be right. I was thinner when I was in Philly, surrounded by all sorts of grease-laden yumminess and Tastykake krumpets! Maybe my metabolism needs a quota of soft pretzels, scrapple, and Franks black cherry soda.

I hope to make a visit in August. I have a journalism convention in D.C. in early August, so I think it'll be easy to swing by. I'll hunt you down let you know when my plans become more definite.

Probably a dumb question, but what is UST?

I wouldn't worry about the dialogue. Of course I like dialogue in fics so I'm slightly biased. And while Brian and Justin don't talk much, G and B talk all the time. Think about all their lunches. Sure half of what they said (or all in G's case) was in code and made no sense, it was still talking. I would think dialogue would be very in character especially for B who talks to everyone and anyone.

Have you written G/B stories in the past? If so, send them to me or let me know where to find them. You have me watching their scenes in a whole new light. jule

Not a dumb question at all! It stands for unresolved sexual tension. Mainly flirting, innuendo, lots of lusty inner dialogue, but usually no overt sex or attempts at coupling. When I think of G/B in canon and on the show, their whole relationship was a study in UST!

Most of the really great G/B stories are dialogue-heavy, so I really don't know what in mana I'm fussing about. It's just a real switch of ( ... )

Thanks for the link. If you have any other recs send them my way. You are a bad influence. I swore I'd never read non QAF fanfic and here I am. On that note, I can't wait to read your story! I have really missed your writing. And I know you are worrying for nothing. The boys say thank you for the hugs and send kisses back. jule
