I'm not totally spoiled but I will say Ted and Emmett have both been annoying to each other.

Em does end up living with Deb but not so much at her behest as his. He's very lonely living alone and so is she.

It's actually been pretty interesting, because except for the season premiere and one scene in 404 where they see each other in the street then Emmett turns and walks away, Ted and Emmett haven't had any scenes together. And when I say "interesting" I mean "annoying" because I'd rather have Temmett sniping at each other than no Temmett at all. Heh. Anyway, Emmett has been an asshat but more to other people about Ted than to Ted directly. Even Brian had to give him a smackdown for being such a jackass and when Brian feels the need to intervene in a conflict that doesn't directly involve him, you know something's wrong. *g*

BTW, I haven't been but I've heard Escapade is a lot of fun. I'd love to go some year but I can pretty much only afford mid-Atlantic area cons for now. *sigh*

I haven't liked Emmett at all this season which is saying alot. He's always whining about how horrible Ted was to him and how no one should forgive him. It seems out of character for him. And what was the horrible fairy adventure for if it didn't help Emmett gain some perspective? From the previews it doesn't get better soon. But I have liked his scenes with Debbie. It reminds me of the end of 314 when they dance together. They seem to enjoy each other's company and both are less annoying together.

On another note, I want to read this fic when you finish it. I'm glad you are excited about writing again. But take care of yourself too! jule

At the beginning of 406, we find out Emmett moved in with Deb, but we don't really know whose idea it was since it happened in between episodes. Probably it was a mutual thing. It does make a certain amount of sense. They've got a lot in common. They're both lonely, feeling sorry for themselves and holding onto grudges. As long as they don't have sex, I'm not going to complain. :P
