Well, I think I quite outdid myself last night.  ^__^  I'm sure you're all fairly aware that I'm a bit of a food-nut that can actually cook worth a damn but my Oscar party menu was rather epic last night.  So I'm going to brag.  XD

Let's start by saying five course menu.

Assuming you mean the Sal's in Williamsburg, it reopened down the street in a temporary space until they rebuild it.
