Tofu Tip

Stir fry the marinaded tofu then remove it. Add it back to the pot after cooking your veggies. This keep the tofu together and less mushy.

also, DELICIOUS! Do you cook tofu a lot?

We cook tofu plenty of times. Mostly when we do shopping specifically for stir fry. Adding tofu to chicken, shrimp, beef, or pork stir fry is quite tasty.

and satay sauce is used on EVERYTHING here in the Netherlands - they have mashed potatoes and carrots with satay sauce on top!!!

Also, I dreamt about you (and Megan) a week or two ago. You were hosting a party, and Megan was teleporting... and noone believed me that she was teleporting, but then you noticed it too and suddenly everyone realized that she was randomly appearing places! it was exciting!

Yay for finally seeing something from you! I started classes two weeks ago--A&P, Microbiology, Texas gov, algebra, and growth and development. And my A&P lab partner SUCKS (here's a hint: she's already failed once!) so I would totally trade her for you. We miss you!

oh, i absolutely LOVED microbiology! my teacher was the biggest nerd... she reminded me of how bill might teach microbiology, she just loved it. i'm taking military history because my history professor (i've had this guy before) is an awesome lecturer, and the class sounded like it would be fun... plus, i'm bored as hell without more school... all i have left is A&P this and next semester.

eep! if i don't get into nursing school, i don't know what i'll do.
