Game of Thrones - A Doctor Who (Re)Cast (1/2)

Once again, another challenge for throneland. This time it was to (re)cast the characters of Game of Thrones. I put a little spin on mine and decided to do all my recasting with only actors that have been in DW/TW/SJA. The max we had to cast for points was ten. I ended up with 46 because WHY NOT. you know that i was so excited to see this! whole concept is very creative and this picspam is so awesome!
btw i didn't know that Lauren Ambrose was on DW! I looooooove her

Thank you! I always feel like my stuff is really plain compared to some of the really awesome picspam makers out there so yeah, thanks. Like I said, I'll probably have the second half up sometime tomorrow (still have 17 more to go) and I'll post the links to both parts in thronesocial.

And Lauren Ambrose is on the newest series of Torchwood. She is by far my favorite character of the season and was pretty much the base for this whole picspam since she simply reeks of Melisandre in both appearance and the role she's currently playing. Or at least a super bubbly version of Melisandre. I mean, well... here's a pic/gif spam from tumblr for details.

srsly this is such a great idea to use DW actors for picspam. I love when people come up with something really interesting.

ooooooh so you were using Torchwood too? i see now. MISS KITZINGER WINS AT LIFE. She is the best character this season. Hands down.

Thanks! I almost considered not recasting Tyrion at all just because Peter Dinklage does such a good job, but Toby Jones just does that biting, antagonistic sarcasm so well.

As for Sophia Myles, it was really a tough decision for me between her and Alexandra Moen (aka Lucy Saxon) but I ended up going with traditionally pretty/looks innocent and "queenly" at first.

The flapper girl you cast as Asha Greyjoy is Felicity Jones, although Talulah Riley is the girl on the right.
