Long in the Tooth
My story's starting to get old.
Not in the sense that I'm beginning to grow weary of it... nor in the sense that it is out of date in any fashion. It's just that I started on the book just over three years ago, and I'm nowhere near completion. It just grew legs... I'm at over 70,000 words now. Seriously... not trying to guilt anyone into anything. I've just got a lot of uncertainty tied up in this project, and it does affect my ability to stay on top of it. If it helps, Roulette assures me that it's not a horrible read... but she's a little too close to the source material to have an even perspective.
And as busy people go, Luta, you certainly have no need to try and reassure me of anything.
